If you can't find a valid Restore point, just remember to create one after you get your RTX eGPU working again. There's a button you can click to check which apps may be uninstalled. tho it may uninstall apps that you've added since. Restore will not erase your Documents, Pictures, etc. It doesn't have to be the most recent date. Look for a date where your RTX eGPU was known to be working.
